Your four-step implementation journey

We work together with our customers to create a four-step implementation plan, including comprehensive scoping and systems configuration, onboarding and training

1. Prepare

We’ll work with you to plan and prepare your HR project, conducting readiness checklists and understanding existing business processes. We’ll then assign your specialist HR project team.

2. Explore

You will now have access to your HR system, so you can familiarise yourself with it and work with us to identify any functionality gaps or changes to internal processes.

3. Realise

You can now start to test your newly configured SAP SuccessFactors solution and get access to the online user community with tips and best practice.

4. Deploy

Finally, this is where we deploy your new solution, providing admin training, migrating the test environment to live and running through a comprehensive checklist in preparation for your Go Live.

That’s not where it ends

Post implementation, there is a period of intense customer care where your implementation consultant will help you to maximise the adoption of your new system. You will then transition to your dedicated support consultant, who will provide ongoing personalised support under one of our care packages.
