For all clients we offer a number of services that are included as standard, including product release updates and other product communications, quarterly account reviews and annual contract health checks, internal knowledge sharing, and access to an engagement consultant when you need it.

Flexible packages

We offer a flexible support service, with all of the above plus add-ons and extra hours as needed. We have three support packages: Essential, Extra and Enterprise. All of which are designed to meet the needs of all of our customers, and based on the number of users, modules and support hours you need. Clients can also request a bespoke support package and add on hours throughout their support contract with us.

Essential Support

Up to 500 users

Designed for clients with up to 500 users and 2 modules, this is ideal for most businesses who are just starting their journey with SAP SuccessFactors.

Extra Support

500 to 2,000 users

For those clients with more modules and users, this is the next option for you. We will support up to 2,000 users and 5 modules, plus a monthly call.

Enterprise Support

2,000+ users

For those clients with more than 2,000 users and more than 5 modules, our Enterprise Support package gives you more hours, plus weekly calls.
