Our consultants are experienced and knowledgeable in HR; they communicate and collaborate at all levels to ensure the design of the system meets the organisation needs, and the users have a positive experience of the software.

Customer Engagement/Support

Our professional and experienced support team ensure that our customers continue to get the most out of their system, from assisting with questions, making small configuration changes, delivering training and guiding customers through the half yearly software releases.

Technical Delivery

Our technical team has vast knowledge of HR related software development, integration and implementation. They analyse and determine which SuccessFactors strategy will deliver the best results for an organisation. They provide guidance to customers on best practice to improve business processes and integration strategies.
