Jigsaw Cloud are delighted to announce the appointment of Dominic Berner as our new Chief Customer Officer (CCO).
The newly created role sees Dominic lead the development and strategy of the brand’s customer proposition, marketing, digital transformation, and management.
As the Chief Customer Officer for Jigsaw Cloud, Dominic is responsible for customer satisfaction through his leadership and expertise within the SAP SuccessFactors suite and for expanding the install-based customers to grow their SAP SuccessFactors landscape by providing that integrity and expertise. Dominic’s mission is to help Jigsaw Cloud customers adopt, deploy, and maximise value from their SAP SuccessFactors investments and leverage SAP’s SuccessFactors new innovations.
During the past 20+ years, Dominic’s career expanded at companies like BT Group, Givaudan, and The Heineken Company. During this period, he worked on developing different channels and routes to provide exceptional customer experience and working with the organisation’s most essential assets… People and Technology.
Dominic is passionate about embracing HR and Payroll. His strength is to focus on customer success, including go-to-market strategy, business operations, and pipeline management process. One of Dominic’s career milestones includes leading the largest multi-country SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) program by deploying to 10 countries within 16 months from RFP to Launch during the start and throughout the global pandemic, by adjusting the workforce to adopting onsite to remote working whilst delivery to an aggressive timeline.
